Eastlake Historic Preservation and Landmarks

The Eastlake neighbhorhood is one of Seattle’s oldest, yet has experienced waves of construction that have given it an unusual range of architectural eras and styles. While Eastlake has several prominent landmarks as designated by the City or the federal government, many other properties are also of special historic interest. The City of Seattle’s survey of Eastlake’s historic buildings provides background and photos on official landmarks and dozens of other historic properties, some of them no longer standing.
