Where to find additional places to put native plants in urban Eastlake? Parking strips! They're usually just grass strips or beauty bark assemblies but they can accomplish so much more for us and wildlife!

So let’s demonstrate what a native plant garden can do. We worked with a professional to plan a wide variety of native plants that will add color and texture across the seasons while being sturdy enough for urban living.

Help us spread mulch and do the planting! Wear work clothes, and work gloves if you have them. We'll have tools but if you have a shovel please bring it.
