The Lake Union District Council (LUDC) is a citizen advisory group, one of thirteen in the city that provides the means for cooperative action by Lake Union organizations and with all branches of city government. The LUDC also provides a forum to encourage discussion of common concerns among residents, businesses and community organizations.
