Subcommittees and Councils are chaired by one or two Board Members and typically meet three to four times per year. Each Subcommittee and Council focuses on a specific topic and will review data, background and other pertinent research materials.

Subcommittees and Councils are comprised primarily of Board Members, but also include neighborhood volunteers, special guests, advisors and experts in the field - leaders of other non-profits, and partnering organizations; academic leaders; and representatives from Eastlake businesses.
